Role Purpose
The Loader is responsible for loading raw materials into machines and assisting with material positioning during production, ensuring machines are continuously supplied with the correct materials.

Core Responsibilities

Load raw materials into assigned machines
Verify correct material orientation and positioning
Use tape measures to confirm material accuracy
Support machine start-up and changeovers
Perform heavy lifting (two-person lifts up to 50 lbs each)
Maintain safe material handling practices

Does Not Own

Machine programming
Forklift operation
Quality sign-off

Required Qualifications

Basic computer literacy
Ability to read material part numbers

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
·       Pay rate (commensurate with experience): $20/hour - $25/hour
