Role Purpose
The Bundler is responsible for bundling, securing, and staging finished materials after machine processing to ensure safe handling, accurate identification, and readiness for outbound movement.

Core Responsibilities

Bundle processed components per standard work
Verify all parts in each bundle by checking them off on the wall segment sticker as they are coming out of the machine to ensure accuracy and completeness
Alert leadership of manufacturing non-conformities.
Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Handle all finished goods carefully to avoid damaged materials
Coordinate transportation/handling needs with leadership and forklift operations.
Maintain and service the banding equipment as needed and communicate consumable needs to leadership.

Required Qualifications

Ability to read part numbers
Physical capability for repetitive lifting
Attention to detail and quality handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Safety Requirements

Ensure aisles and picking paths are clear of obstructions, banding and debris
Use proper lifting techniques or request assistance for heavy or oversized materials
Do not overload tables or create unstable logistic packs
Wear required PPE at all times (Self provided: Safety toe boots; Company provided: High visibility vest, Gloves, Safety glasses and Hearing protection)
Be aware of sharp edges, handle all steel with caution
Ensure that scrap materials are disposed of in a neat, orderly and tidy manner.
