Role Purpose
The Picker is responsible for accurately retrieving and staging raw materials required for production, ensuring the correct materials are available at the right time to support uninterrupted machine operation.

Core Responsibilities

Pick materials according to released work orders
Stage materials at designated production locations
Verify material part numbers and quantities
Use tape measures to confirm material dimensions
Perform heavy lifting (two-person lifts up to 50 lbs each)
Maintain clean and organized staging areas

Does Not Own

Inventory adjustments in the system
Forklift operation
Production priorities or sequencing

Required Qualifications

Ability to read part numbers and follow instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
Basic math and measurement skills

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
·       Pay rate (commensurate with experience): $20/hour - $25/hour
