Role Purpose
The Machine Operator safely operates assigned machines to produce parts according to released work orders and SMART BYLDPro workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Operate assigned machine per standard work
Execute work orders using BYLDPortal
Monitor machine performance and alarms
Perform basic L1 troubleshooting
Escalate issues to Machine Lead or Maintenance
Perform in-process quality checks
Perform heavy lifting (two-person lifts up to 50 lbs each)

Machine programming
Maintenance repairs beyond L1
Quality disposition decisions

Required Qualifications

Basic computer skills
Ability to read English and follow instructions
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Must be able to use and read a tape measure

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
·       Pay rate (commensurate with experience): $24/hour - $30/hour
